APC Gazzetted Lower Level Election Rules Ends Yesterday

  The main opposition All Peoples’s Congress Party lower level election rules gazzetted by the Political Party Registration Commission (PPRC) for a Period of one month has ended yesterday Thursday 11th August 2022. The election rules were developed by the APC Interim Transition Governance Committee (ITGC ) in accordance with Justice Adrian Fisher’s Judgement and the APC 2022 Party Constitution of protesters/ rioters who lost their lives in the incident. These rules were agreed upon unanimously with one voice by members of the ITGC and forwarded to PPRC for its to be gazzetted as dictated by the 1991 national constitution of Sierra Leone.   But the gazzetted elections rules have received many objectors to certain inserted notably the amount of cash tagged to pay for any member to qualify to contest for The Flagbearer position.
